Fervour Guides have a simple tool kit, puncture repair kit, compressor air pump, jump starter, and even spare clutch cables if you have a problem - but if you'd like to be even more prepared, here are some ideas of what you can bring:
- Tyre Repair Kit: Plug kit and small air compressor/CO2 cartridges. The Fervour Guides will carry these to share but handy to have on your journey to and from the starting locations.
- Basic Tool Kit: Wrench set, Allen keys, screwdriver, zip ties, duct tape, especially any tools that are specific to your bike that a Fervour Guide wont have in their set.
- Chain Lube (if you have a chain): Small travel size.
- Disc Lock/Chain Lock: For security, we always recommend bringing one. We'll keep an eye on bikes when we can, and our overnight locations are as secure as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your bike will be 100% safe - deter thieves however you like. Legally, obviously.
- Spare Key: Always carry a spare key, separate from the primary key.
- Bungees/Cargo Net: For any impromptu items you may need to strap down, like that bag of duty-free shopping, or large ornamental boat for your partner at home.
